Minh Nguyen
Chief Finance Officer
Minh Nguyen serves as Chief Financial Officer of Zinnia Health, where he oversees financial strategy, accounting operations, capital planning, and risk management. He has more than a decade of experience in finance and accounting, supporting private equity–backed and high‑growth organizations across the healthcare and technology sectors.
Minh began his career in financial audit, building a strong foundation in financial reporting, assurance, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. His experience includes financial statement audits, internal control evaluations, and tax reporting oversight, providing strong technical expertise in accounting and financial governance.
Prior to becoming CFO, Minh served as Vice President of Accounting and Finance and Corporate Controller at Zinnia Health, where he led financial reporting, audit coordination, tax compliance, and financial infrastructure improvements while partnering with executive leadership and investors on strategic initiatives.
Minh holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California, a Master of Science in Accountancy, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of California.
