Kristi Provuncher is a healthcare leader with more than a decade of experience building and expanding behavioral health services across Rhode Island. She began her career in healthcare in 2012 at Rhode Island Hospital, where she developed a strong foundation in clinical operations and patient-centered care. Over the years, she has focused her career on improving access to treatment and strengthening systems of care for individuals struggling with substance use disorders.
As Executive Director of a 24/7 inpatient and outpatient Substance Use Disorder treatment organization, Kristi oversees the strategic growth, operational performance, and program development of multiple facilities. She is known for her ability to take programs from concept to fully operational systems of care, leading expansion initiatives that increase access to detox, residential, outpatient, and supportive housing services.
Kristi prides herself on maintaining strong partnerships with state agencies and community stakeholders, recognizing that collaboration between providers and government is essential to improving service delivery and outcomes. Her leadership focuses on building sustainable programs that not only treat individuals but strengthen the broader recovery ecosystem within Rhode Island.
Driven by a commitment to community impact, Kristi continues to expand treatment capacity and innovate services that address the evolving needs of patients and families navigating recovery.
