Penny Mills is a retired CEO of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), a medical society that sets the national standard for addiction medicine. Throughout her tenure at ASAM, she more than tripled the staff size and organizational budget while bringing national attention to patient access to addiction treatment. Currently, she provides healthcare consulting services to behavioral health providers like Zinnia Health.
