Zinnia Health’s notice of privacy practices describes how any information that you submit to Zinnia Health or to a Provider may be used and disclosed and how you can get access to that information. Zinnia Health reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy from time to time.

Information We Collect

There are two categories of information we collect:

  • Information you provide.
  • Information we get when you use our services.

Information You Provide

When you interact with our services, we collect information that you provide to us. For example, our service requires you to set up an account, so we may need to collect a few important details about you, such as your name, username, password, email address, phone number, date of birth, date of sobriety, and emergency contact information. We may also ask you to provide us with some additional information that will be visible to others on our services, such as a profile picture.

When you contact customer support or communicate with us in any other way, we’ll collect whatever information you volunteer or that we need to resolve your question.

Information We Get When You Use Our Services

When you use our services, we collect information about which of those services you’ve used and how you’ve used them. We might know, for instance, that you read certain app articles, listened to specific meditations for a certain period of time, and completed check-in surveys on certain days. Here’s a fuller explanation of the types of information we collect when you use our services:

  • Daily Check-In. We collect information about your activity through our services. For example, we may collect day to day information about:
    • How you rated your day
    • How you are feeling
    • How challenging your urges were
    • What activities you did
  • Sobriety History. As you respond to sobriety check-ins your information is collected to provide a log of progress as well as inform Zinnia Health staff how you are progressing after leaving our care.
