Melanie is the Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence at Zinnia. Melanie has 17 years of global experience implementing and administrating company HR systems. Melanie’s previous HR work includes positions as Director of HR Operations at Meggitt, Director of HR Operations and Employee Services at CIRCOR, and HR Representative for Laird Technologies. Melanie received a BS from the University of Northern Colorado.
